Her expertise extends to being a certified Yoga Instructor and teacher trainer, creator of innovative programming integrating restorative and sport stretches, fascial release, somatic intelligence movement, and more. Michele holds certifications as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Fitness Consultant, and Sport Performance Specialist through esteemed organizations.
